Refund policy

All our products are designed and made to order, and as such, we do not accept returns.

On an exception basis, a cancellation/refund may be granted with the following conditions:

• If no work has been done on your order, we're happy to cancel your order with a 100% refund
• Once your design has been produced, we're happy to cancel your order with a 50% refund
• Once your order has entered the production phase, unfortunately we're no longer able to cancel your order

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
