Shipping policy

Most products in our store will ship via Canada Post. Our free shipping program uses Canada Post Lettermail service, with no tracking or guaranteed transit times.

Rest assured we will do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. Your parcel will be left in a secure place, however, please ensure you are available upon delivery. The buyer holds all responsibility for stolen, or lost delivery as a result of input of wrong shipment information. Please double-check check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

As per Canada Post, most items are delivered across Canada within 10 business days.

If you require the item sooner, we would recommend upgrading to a faster shipping option with tracking.

The upgrades we make available in our store are Canada Post Expedited Parcel & XpressPost.  Please see below for Canada Posts estimated transit time for each service.

  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel:
    • Local Delivery: 1 - 2 Business Days
    • Regional Delivery: 1 - 4 Business Days
    • National Delivery: 2 - 8 Business Days
  • Canada Post XpressPost:
    • Local Delivery: 1 - 2 Business Days
    • Regional Delivery: 1 - 2 Business Days
    • National Delivery: 2 - 4 Business Day

UNEXPECTED DELAYS
Delays imposed by the shipping carriers are beyond our control and we can not be held responsible for this. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in any events out of our control. Please monitor the tracking number provided to you upon purchase for any incurring details or charges imposed by the carrier.
